The future is about growth and improvement... In terms of growth, we are continually looking to acquire new properties. We started out with just one duplex. Our goal is to continue to add residential multifamily properties and to branch out into commercial properties. Our goal is not just to add properties for the sake of increasing numbers. Rather, our goal is to continually improve all of our properties to make better homes and lives for all of our tenants, thereby improving the community in which we live and work. This leads to our other primary goal, improvement. Improvement of our business, our business systems and our properties. We take pride in our work and abilities and are rewarded daily with improved lives of others and our community. We continually strive to bring the highest quality work and craftsmanship forward and are elated from the return in longevity and durability these improvements give to the properties. Thinking of the long term necessitates how we must be conservative on our needs in the future. At Mack Restorations LLC we are trying to make the world a better place in our own small way. Let's face it; the world is getting smaller. The world is assuredly becoming over populated and natural resources are dwindling at an alarming rate. Many multifamily buildings are some of the most dilapidated and neglected properties in existence. Why build new when there are properties that, once glorious in there own right, could be so again. We must embrace our history, learn from it, and move forward. The environment is a major concern, not just to us, but to everyone. Instead of destroying a restorable building and adding to our overburdened land fills, new life can be breathed into these structures. Improvements to the existing structures, done correctly, can have a dramatic impact on the environment. For example, by replacing outdated windows with new energy efficient windows, we reduce energy usage. Water consumption can and is reduced by replacing and updating plumbing fixtures. It is true that these and other improvements are very capital intensive; however, in the long run, it is best for the environment, our future, and our legacy to future generations. Mack Restorations LLC is in the process of acquiring existing multifamily properties of differing sizes and physical conditions. These properties are then restored and updated with several specific goals in mind. Many of the improvements are strategically geared towards lowering the building's impact on the environment and natural resources. We try to separate the utilities, if it is cost effective, making the tenants responsible for their energy usage. This in turn will help lower building expenses. Given our extensive remodeling experience, we update with an eye on longevity to minimize future maintenance. Our attention to detail and high quality of craftsmanship helps in retaining tenants, and keeping vacancy low. We hope that we lead with a reputation of the highest quality in everything we do. Building a good reputation with our tenants is a priority at Mack Restorations LLC. With a fine building, our first impression is the right one.
